How does the loyalty points system work?
We use a similar model to Boots advantage card – you earn points for every whole £1 spent, and when you want to redeem, you must have enough points to cover a whole item.
Where can I use the app?
You can use the app at basically any catering outlet that has a till!
How do I know that the website is secure when I add my card details?
The payments gateway used on the app is fully secure and undergoing the PCI accreditation and compliance programme by the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC). Rest assured any payment card details are as secure as they can be.
How do I collect points?
You can collect points by presenting the QR code on your mobile app at the till. The catering team will scan your QR code and you can watch your points go up in the app! For every transaction above £1 you will earn 5 points. Look out for special and seasonal promotions on the app that will give you extra points.
How do I redeem my points?
Just let the cashier know you want to use your points before you pay for your purchase and scan your QR code to redeem.
How do I find out about dietary requirements?
If you have any dietary requirements or allergies please get in touch with the catering team before ordering or consuming anything. You can also reach us through the support & feedback section of the app.
How do I cancel my order ?
You can cancel your coffee up to 30 minutes before your collection time – head to the canteen at least half an hour before and let the catering team know who will be able to process a refund.
